Who we are
Go Siem Reap Locals is a family-run team of Ministry-certified guides from Siem Reap. We run private tours of the Angkor temples and of everyday Khmer life: floating villages, rice fields, markets and our own home villages. We're not on TripAdvisor or any booking site, so no commission comes out of your money. That lets us put 5% of every booking toward village schools and clean water, and show you Cambodia with our whole heart.

Most tours hide the math. We show it. Book a $145 A/C SUV day and here is what every booking gives back, on top of paying your guide and driver directly.
$6.00 of this booking goes to village schools & clean water
That 5% comes out of what your guide and driver earn, not added on top of your price. They give it because Siem Reap is home, and it is part of how a private local guide still costs you less than the big operators. The rest goes straight to them, no middleman. We are new, so the first donation has not gone out yet. When it does, we publish what was given and to whom.
